This policy describes the data collected through the website neforth.com.
What data we collect
When you send the form on the Waitlist page, we collect:
- your name;
- the name of your company;
- your email or WhatsApp number;
- what you tell us about how you sell today.
Along with the form, we also record the page you sent it from, the date and time and, if you arrived from an ad or a campaign link, that campaign’s parameters (for example, utm_source).
What we use it for
To add you to the waitlist and contact you about your access to Revenue Engine and its design partner program. Campaign parameters tell us which channel brought your sign-up.
Your authorization
We only collect this data if you tick the authorization box on the form.
Cookies and analytics
This website doesn’t use its own cookies or analytics tools.
Third-party services
The typefaces load from this website itself. To display it, your browser doesn’t download resources from third-party services.
When you send the form, your details reach our team by email, through Hostinger’s email service. If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is also governed by WhatsApp’s terms.
Your rights
Colombia’s Law 1581 of 2012 gives you, among others, the right to know, update and correct your personal data; to request proof of the authorization you gave; to be informed about how it has been used; to revoke your authorization or request that it be deleted; and to file complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce.
